At ENIS TRANSPORT SERVICES, we prioritize responsible and safe driving practices. Renting our vehicles carries serious responsibilities, and negligence while operating a rented vehicle can result in significant financial and legal consequences.

By continuing with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Delivery Fee: A fee of GHC 70.00 or more, depending on location, is payable to the driver who delivers the vehicle to the renter.
2. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of GHC 700.00 or more, depending on the type of vehicle, must be made prior to the rental.
3. Damages: The renter is responsible for any damage incurred to the vehicle during the rental period. ENIS TRANSPORT SERVICES must be notified immediately of any incidents.
4. Vehicle Return: Vehicles must be returned to the specified location on the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable maximum daily rate. No grace period is allowed.
5. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided in cases of repeated mechanical failure.
6. Out-of-City Travel: If the vehicle will be taken outside the city, ENIS TRANSPORT SERVICES must be informed at least one day in advance, as additional charges may apply.
7. Fuel: The renter is responsible for fuel. Vehicles must be returned with the fuel gauge at the same level as at the start of the rental.
8. Rental Extension: Any request to extend the rental period must be communicated to ENIS TRANSPORT SERVICES in advance (maximum 2 days notice).
9. Authorized Drivers: The rented vehicle may only be operated by the renter or another person with the appropriate qualifications to drive the vehicle.
10. Minimum Age Requirement: The renter and any authorized driver must be 25 years of age or older at the time of rental. Valid government-issued identification and a valid driver’s license must be presented prior to vehicle release.
11. Prohibited Use: The vehicle must not be used to push, tow, or propel another vehicle, trailer, or any object.
12. Racing and Competitions: The vehicle must not be used for racing, competitions, or any similar activities.
